The Chef offers you a seasonal 3 or 2 course lunch menu as well as an elaborate 3 to 5 course themed menu.
When booking you can communicate your food intolerances, however, a "vegan" variant is not possible.

Wednesday to Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. - last order at 8:15 p.m.
Sunday lunchtime from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - last order at 1:15 p.m.
