You’re warmly invited to an inner transformative Flow Animal Power Workshop at Kass Haff Farm: a 2.5-hour guided journey into the wild intelligence of your body, the spirit of the animals, and the deep remembering of your true nature.
In this unique event, you will explore:
- **Flow Movement**: Connect with your body’s natural rhythm through freeform expression. No dance experience is needed!
- **Power Animal Activation**: Through music, visualization, and embodied exploration, connect with the wisdom of animal allies, from the fierce jaguar and soaring eagle to the rooted serpent and transforming butterfly.
- **Mindfulness Games**: Engage in activities to connect with your surroundings and bring your attention to the present.
