Discover the impressive remains of the city's fortifications and old quarters, which have been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1994. This free tour is offered as part of "OWHC Day" organized by the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC).
Starting from Place Guillaume II, the tour passes by the Gëlle Fra, halfway up the fortifications through the Pétrusse Park, the Corniche ("the most beautiful balcony in Europe"), the ramparts and then crosses the old town. Your tour guide will also show you the UNESCO Visitor Center of the Lëtzebuerg City Museum and the archaeological crypt of the Holy Spirit. This free tour is offered as part of the "OWHC Day" organized by the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC).
