Conference: IFS - Internal Family System - An innovative psychotherapeutic model

During the conference, I propose an alternation of time for theory, time
of experimentation, time for questions and sharing to understand, listen to/perceive the movements of the living within us and begin to taste a simple inner connection with what is present in the moment,
with the curiosity of presence to Self, and without judgment.
During the workshop, we will delve deeper into the findings of the conference,
will experience the connection to the Self and begin to dialogue with
the different aspects that come alive within us, sometimes in a contradictory way,
to find a caring connection with ourselves and a real
inner relaxation. I will offer games, sharing, drawing,
meditations, for a joyful and tranquil alternation of Self-experiments.
