Today, a developer might not write the code themselves — they coordinate a swarm of agents: one generates tests, another builds CRUDs, another documents, and another refactors. Each one fast, specialized, tireless. This talk offers a pragmatic look at how AI agents are being integrated into real-world SDLCs. We’ll explore what changes in workflows, team dynamics, and engineering rituals when agents become part of the delivery process — and why developers who fail to adapt risk becoming the next generation of Luddites.
