The Slovenian Oscar candidate, "Little Trouble Girls," directed by Urška Djukić, will be screened during the CinEast 2025 festival at Cinémathèque @Cercle Cité. Follow the story of 16-year-old Lucia as she navigates the challenges of adolescence in a Catholic school girls choir. The film was featured at the Berlinale 2025, where it earned the FIPRESCI Prize Perspectives Award. During an intensive rehearsal weekend at a remote convent, Lucia explores her beliefs and personal awakening.
