This workshop 'Giraffe and Jackal' introduces unique communication techniques for effective cooperation with teens and conflict prevention. It aids parents in transforming their perspective on teenagers and understanding unique communication styles. Participants will learn to consciously select and apply the appropriate communication style. The workshop is practice-oriented, supported by a solid theoretical foundation, and provides an opportunity for shared experiences. The workshop will be conducted in English.
