Led by Heidemarie Graul-Bellali, the only trainer in Europe teaching Ira Progoff's writing method, this workshop invites you to explore your creativity and reflect on various aspects of your life.
You will work in a silent group where only you read what you write. Through this activity, you can clarify your thoughts, transform your relationships, review your beliefs, overcome obstacles, and unleash your creativity. Your workbook will become a companion, neutral and non-judgmental.

Price: €300/person for 4 days, deposit of €50 to be paid ideally 10 days before the course to the IBAN account mentioned.
