Restorative yoga, suitable for practitioners of all levels, is a restful practice that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes yoga's meditative aspect — the union of body and mind. These classes, run by the lovely Sheelagh, will be held at Centre Helfent. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing along with warm socks.

Participation: Small donation of €10 per class for support persons, subject to availability.
