Georges Christen's Strongman for Kids - Winterkids
In December 1982, Georges Christen, then 19 years old, set his first world strength record for the Guinness Book of Records. Since then, he has developed an entertainment show based on his strength feats, the renowned 'Power Show,' breaking numerous records such as pulling wagons, buses, and boats with his teeth or simultaneously stopping three sports planes at full power. For 40 years, his show has been performed approximately four thousand times across five continents. During this workshop, Georges Christen teaches children, aged 6 and above, the basics of strength training adapted to their age.
