“Flow in Connection” is a series of 5 Contact Improvisation technique classes, focusing on clear, repeatable tools for sharing weight, safe lifting, soft rolling, and controlled landings. Each session helps you develop confidence, ease, and creativity in your movement.
Across the series, you’ll explore:
✨ Weight sharing, rolling & soft landings
✨ Balance, Counterbalance & responsive partnering
✨ Safe, grounded lifting and fluid transitions
✨ Relaxing into trust, presence, and flow with others
These classes are open to all levels, whether you are totally new to dance or experienced. The space is designed for building real connections through movement. Sessions are guided by Tarek Alnabhan, a Contact Improvisation dancer and teacher based in Luxembourg.

Classes on Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM: 15, 22, 29 January & 5, 12 February 2026.
