This project captures people as they are. No styling. No performance. No correction.
Each person enters alone. The camera is direct and frontal. The reference is the mugshot – neutral, stripped, and unapologetic. The image is not made to please or to explain. It documents people’s presence.
Faces and bodies are treated equally. Differences appear through posture, gaze, tension, and time. What matters is not expression, but existence in the frame.
FORMAT
Each person has 15 minutes.
- 1× close-up portrait
- Tight, frontal, unfiltered.
- 1× collage of four half-body images
- Repetition reveals variation. The body becomes information.
INTENTION
This is not about representation. It is about being seen briefly, honestly, without control.
All are welcome—come as you are!
