When we talk about rhythmics, we often think of a drumming class. But rhythmics is much more than that! In this workshop for children aged 3 to 5, everything revolves around music, dance, and movement. Through a comprehensive learning approach, rhythmics playfully stimulates children's motor skills, language, and sensitivity.
Each session is dedicated to a theme and children are encouraged to react to music with their musicality and creativity. They use rattles, drums, wooden instruments, and more. Children can express themselves freely, building self-confidence. The workshop alternates between active and relaxing phases and is suitable for all children, with or without disabilities.
Good to know
For children aged 3 to 5. The facility is not wheelchair accessible. Regular participation is requested for the smooth running of the workshop. Children should wear comfortable athletic shoes. Free entry. Registration required.
