The Alexander Technique encourages mindful thinking and helps to identify and change unwanted habits and patterns. Thoughts, feelings, movements, and actions are interconnected. You can use your mind to prevent tension, and your body to enable more freedom for your thoughts. Led by Mariette Lentz, opera and concert singer and lecturer at the Conservatoire de Musique du Nord in Ettelbruck, you will learn to handle the hustle and pressure of everyday life without unnecessary tension. You will also discover how a new “body map” can help make your movements easier.
