Wealth creation, stock market speculation, harmful investments, financial crises... How do banks use our savings? Most importantly, how can we take control? Join Aline Fares, Financité, and a panel of sustainable, ethical, and solidarity-based investment organizations to explore these questions!
Aline Fares, author of the graphic novel "La Machine à Détruire : Pourquoi il faut en finir avec la finance," worked ten years at Dexia, notably during the 2008 crisis. Since 2011, she has worked to make banking and finance issues understandable to the wider public. She will explain the world of finance from the inside and how our savings directly support a destructive system.
Debate moderated by Financité, presentation of the "Finance Solidaire" label, and several savings alternatives: Terre-en-vue, Vents du Sud, L’Épi Lorrain, Crédal.
