Guided visit and lecture: Pablo Picasso, intertwined destinies (2nd visit)
The exhibition highlights a lesser-known side of Pablo Picasso: his passion for experimentation beyond painting. It explores his work in graphic arts, photography, ceramics, and illustration, revealing an artist eager for novelty and formal freedom. The exhibition also creates links between Picasso and three other major figures of the 20th century: Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí, and Dora Maar. Their journeys, full of admiration, influences and divergences, draw an artistic constellation marked by political commitment, their rich Spanish roots and their shared passion for experimentation. Paris, the epicenter of the avant-garde, plays a central role in their meetings and confrontations.
