In collaboration with Jean-Paul Wolff, an expert in botany, the three Luxembourg nature parks are offering a plant walk at the Fielser Buerg. During this activity, vegetation in the crevices and on the walls of the castle will be examined closely. Both classic specialized literature and the iNaturalist app will be used for plant species identification.
This event highlights the importance of nature protection and how it can go hand in hand with protected sites. Historical monuments often provide valuable habitats and are home to an impressive variety of species.
