This immersive workshop dives deep into the mechanics, mastery, and expression of the Cobra posture – one of the signature transitions in Inside Flow. More than just a movement, Cobra is a powerful expression of spinal intelligence, breath coordination, and controlled strength. The principles shared apply to any dynamic yoga practice (Vinyasa, Power Yoga, etc.) that includes spinal movement, backbends, and fluid transitions.

Topics include: the anatomy of Cobra (spine, shoulders, pelvis, arms, legs, feet), thoracic mobility, deep postural muscle activation, segmenting the spine for wave-like motion, strength and flexibility techniques for fluid transitions, and hands-on adjustments for refined muscle engagement and alignment. Participants will apply these principles to accessible variations of postures such as High Lunge and Wild Thing Wave, building stability, rotational control, and confidence in their movement.
