Luxembourg is one of the most multicultural countries in the world. More than 60% of its workforce comes from different countries and cultural backgrounds. While Luxembourgish, French, and German are the official languages, English has become a common language for many international residents and workers. In such a diverse environment, understanding cultural differences is essential for effective communication, teamwork, and social harmony. This workshop explores how culture influences our behaviour and communication, identifies common sources of cross-cultural misunderstanding, and provides practical tools for building positive relationships across cultures.
