This weekend we take the Lil' ones for a ride in the past!
With the exhibition 'Belval and more', the Massenoire building spruced itself up to present and increase our understanding of the Grand Urban Project of the 'Cité des Sciences'. But what is this project? The architectural and urban evolution of old industrial wasteland, of course!
This exhibition shows: films on the history of the steel industry and urban development, and also a 3D animated film, and… a great model
This is, especially, a great opportunity to spend time with the family, to better understand the evolution of the steel industry in our beautiful region. A moment of sharing from one generation to another.

We recommend this beautiful museum with a very original architecture, a mixture of old and modern with 5 completely different spaces to visit the many exhibitions there (very interactive!).
Ideally located, right in the heart of the city, you will discover a superb collection of objects and models which fully illustrate the history of the historically well-known small town of Luxembourg.
The +: guided tours specially organized for children and families.
And if you're looking for a super cool place to celebrate your little one's birthday, the museum even offers a whole host of activities for children aged 6 to 10. So, decided? (you can contact the museum directly for more details).

During your visit, you will even have the opportunity to see with your own eyes the famous throne of the Grand Duke from which it all began... And to be sure not to miss anything, don't miss the guided tours specially organized for families.
And if you're not afraid of vertigo, head for the panoramic lift (we challenge you to find it)!
A little hollow at the end of the visit? The Brasserie / Restaurant L'Hêtre Beim Musée will delight your palate and undoubtedly that of Grandma too (continuous service, closed on Mondays).
