A lovely, typical and simple decor with a lovely view and terrace overlooking the Alzette, Leonardo De Paoli decided to open Oio in full confinement to enhance the flavors of Italy. After several years spent with star chefs and notably at Mosconi, he fuses classic and traditional flavors with innovative techniques in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with an always renewed seasonal menu. “I am proud of the fact that we will not have a cold room or freezer, which assures the customer that we work with fresh products, sourced from committed producers.” Leonardo's specialties include rolled lasagna, a signature dish, hot pappa al pomodoro served with fresh burrata, appetizers to enjoy with a glass of wine, signature cocktails and seasonal dishes.
