Baaaaa-rilliant day ahead!
Just a stone’s throw from the centre of Esch-sur-Alzette, Escher Déierepark is a great idea for a family outing in the heart of nature. Across its 2 hectares, discover nearly 150 animals from 25 species: roe deer, goats, rabbits, marmots and many other furry (and feathered) companions! Children can enjoy fun and educational activities along the way before letting off steam in the two large play areas. And for older visitors, several hiking trails, including the Minett Trail, offer the chance to extend the walk. For a tasty break, head to the Baumhauscafé, a cosy café in the heart of the park. Local drinks, homemade hot chocolate and snacks to enjoy while the kids have fun in the play area right next door. And if you want to extend the adventure, the Escher Bamhaiser—fully equipped treetop cabins—even allow you to sleep in the heart of nature.
