Opposite Hagondange station, the Quai des Saveurs restaurant offers a beautiful Michelin-starred gastronomic experience in this pretty building made of lovely white stones.
Led by Michelin-starred Chef Frédéric Sandrini, a "Maître Cuisinier de France" since 2011, the restaurant offers authentic cuisine guided by instinct and emotion. Deeply attached to his native Lorraine region, Frédéric Sandrini draws his inspiration from the richness of the local terroir and masterfully showcases the culinary traditions of the Moselle region. Fruits, vegetables, meats, condiments, and sweet treats come from select partners, certified "Qualité Mosl," while seafood is rigorously sourced from renowned fishmongers on the Breton and Norman coasts.
If you're looking for a feast of generous and inspired cuisine, you won't be disappointed, as each dish reveals a beautiful richness of flavors, colors, and meticulous preparation. From start to finish, your taste buds will be awakened.
His partner, Alexandra Sandrini, actively participates in developing the menu alongside sommelier Thomas and the chef, while also overseeing the cheese selection. Deeply involved in the restaurant's operations, she also tends the Quai des Saveurs' vegetable garden, where aromatic herbs, edible flowers, and seasonal produce nourish and inspire the kitchen's creativity every day.
