Slip into your bathrobe and treat yourself to a soft little break between two overly busy weeks.
In the heart of Helmsange, PIDAL invites you to slow down in an almost forest-like atmosphere, where nature flows through the large glass windows.

You walk in, take a deep breath, and the outside world fades away.

With its 3,000 m² dedicated to wellness, including pools, saunas and treatment rooms, everything here is designed to help you unwind. No need to watch the clock. Just move at your own pace, swim a few relaxing laps in the warm water or stretch out on a lounger.

Inside, relaxation settles in gently.
In the Ruusu and Valo cabins, you can lie under the vertical solarium, enjoy the enveloping warmth of the steam bath, or simply bubble away in the jacuzzi while time slowly drifts by.

Outside, the experience feels almost magical.

Four log cabin saunas hidden in the garden (Tuli, Maa, Sointi and Stuga) invite you to enjoy a truly Nordic ritual. After the heat, cool down in the 54 m² outdoor pool or stretch out on one of the 120 loungers under the Luxembourg sky.

Add to that the Aufguss rituals infused with essential oils, and you will leave feeling fully recharged.

Good to know

The sauna area is textile-free. Swimwear or clothing is not allowed.
A ladies-only sauna day is organised every Thursday.
Access to the swimming pool is included with all sauna, fitness or combined passes.

The reception closes at 9:00 pm on weekdays and 7:00 pm on weekends.
All visitors must leave PIDAL at reception closing time, except restaurant guests.
