Macbeth, a soldier loyal to his nation, meets three witches on the battlefield who predict that he will be king. Following this revelation, Macbeth and Lady Macbeth choose the bloody path of ambition, betrayal and power. Inspired by the silent film and flirting with grand guignol and melodrama, this wordless adaptation of Macbeth transports us with humor into a frantic race towards power.


In an accelerated and bloody version of the setbacks of the cursed couple, Mute Macbeth deconstructs Shakespeare's tragedy with visceral theater, using bodies, objects and fake blood, in a world devoid of morality where human lives are as disposable as polystyrene cups . Supported by a busy and surprising soundtrack, the performers-puppeteers offer us a high-flying choreography.
