Listen ! Have you ever noticed that you sometimes tune out when others are talking to you? Do you think about what you are going to say in response instead of listening fully? Do you interrupt people when they are talking? We all know how to listen and hold a conversation, but do you know how to actively listen with your full attention, tuning into a person's emotions and body language.

Active listening is a crucial skill in our personal and professional lives, it can also help you be less self-conscious and anxious in social interactions and build better connections with those around you.

Whatever your background, this workshop is designed to improve your listening skills. Through fun and creative exercises in improvisation, theater, and storytelling, we will strive to focus on others, so those around us feel heard, at work and in our own lives. There will also be an emphasis on play and exploration, which will add an exciting element to our learning.
