During this training, discover the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants as well as their integration into meals and infusions. The trainers will present methods to cultivate, preserve, and use these plants daily. You'll also visit the aromatic and medicinal garden of Canopée, learning how to maintain and harvest these plants effectively while keeping them productive. At the end of the training, take home fresh and dried flowers and herbs to taste or incorporate into your dishes.
