This film tells the story of a group of women in Maharashtra, India, who are widowed due to the prevalence of farmer suicides in the region over the last 20 years. \n\nThe documentary delves into the daily struggles these women face, including their responsibilities, work commitments, caregiving, and systemic discrimination in their community. \n\n"Marching in the Dark" is about resilience and empowerment through communal support, providing these women a space where they feel heard and understood. \n\nJoin us for this inspiring screening:\n\n- At Ciné Sura (Echternach) on May 14 at 7.30 PM \n- At Ciné le Paris (Bettembourg) on May 15 at 7.30 PM \n\nAdmission is free, and each screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmaker, Kinshuk Surjan.
