SYNOPSIS
While enjoying a day on the strange beach of Athens, Demosthenes, a thirty-year-old, proposes to
help his best friend and aspiring filmmaker Nikitas develop an idea for his first feature film,
Inspired by the events surrounding a dog named Carmen. Two summers ago,
Demosthenes was stuck in Athens to deal with his father's health problems. This served him well.
as an excuse to contact her ex, Panos. Meanwhile, Panos adopted the too-cute Carmen, which he soon regretted. Likewise, Demosthenes seems to have regretted his breakup with Panos. Or not? Striving to transform real events into a heroic journey, the two friends challenge the number one rule of screenwriting theory—the changing hero—while turning a page in their long friendship.
