Anika a.k.a Annika Henderson is a hybrid artist. The former journalist made a name for herself in the electronic music scene, with her experimental sound collages, confrontational texts and unique way of performing live solo. Her breakthrough came in 2010 with the release of the cult-hit, experimental LP, Anika, which she recorded with Bristol band Beak>, a wholly unplanned affair, which began her on-going investigation into the music, film, poetry and arts scenes.
Autumn Sweater’s music is sometimes jangly, sometimes noisy, yet always melodic, and occasionally imperfect — in a good way. Though 90s indie rock remains a foundational influence, the band does not shy away from borrowing elements from other genres and eras. On their most recent, self-recorded release, Adult Life, they stay true to their DIY ethos, having recorded everything themselves in a forest cabin.
Following the split of Mueran Humanos, Berlin-based Argentinian artist and musician Tomás Nochteff embarked on a solo venture as a one-man band, performing under his own surname. Equipped with a drum machine, a bass, his voice, and a loop pedal, he crafts hypnotic, pulsating post-punk and electronic rock tracks, infused with Sturm und Drang, that build endlessly.
