What we will do together
1. Cycle from Luxembourg train station (in front of the police station) to Remich (approximately 28 km)
2. Have a picnic in Remich.
3. Cycle from Remich to Trier HBF train station (approx. 43 km).
If we maintain an average speed of about 18 km/hour and have a total stopping time of 90 minutes (including a 1-hour picnic in Remich), we can complete the journey in 5 hours and 30 minutes.
Any guilty pleasures after the ride?
There are several cafes and pubs near Trier train station. We can relax with some drinks and treats after the walk.
How to prepare
Load up on carbohydrates 2-3 days before the event.
Return home from the end point of the hike (Trier)
There are trains from Trier to Luxembourg station every 30 minutes.
Note: Trains from Trier to Luxembourg cost 6 euros 40 cents.
What to bring
1. Your bike in perfect condition (all types of bikes are welcome).
2. Energy snacks.
3. Plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.
4. Picnic supplies. You'll also find plenty of restaurants in Remich if you'd like to order food.

The organizer will be responsible for navigating the cycle route from the starting point to the finishing point.
