This course, inspired by traditional West African dances, offers progressive and dynamic learning through crossings and the construction of a collective choreography.

What you will find in this course:

• Progressive learning of traditional dances.

• Rhythmic exploration with crossings and sequences.

• Live musical accompaniment (djembe, dundun, balafon) or recorded music.

• Multiple influences, notably the Acogny Technique (École des Sables – Senegal) and traditional and urban dances from West Africa.

• Adaptability of the course according to the age, level and expectations of the group.

• Practice indoors or outdoors, depending on conditions and needs.

Who is it for? This class is open to everyone, from beginners to more experienced dancers, thanks to a teaching method adapted to the audience and their level.
