An informational workshop about smoking cessation will take place at the premises of Mutualité Libérale in Arlon. The program includes discussions on:
• The real causes of addiction
• The health impacts
• The reasons making cessation difficult
• And especially, effective techniques to quit smoking.
Participants will have the opportunity to test their real addiction level using specific tools. This workshop can be followed by a cycle of 7 sessions for those motivated to deepen their process.
Good to know
The sessions are offered free of charge thanks to mutual insurance companies. Hosted by Nathalie Gasch, a FARES-certified tobacco specialist.
