On the weekend of October 25 and 26, 2025, the Syrkus cultural center in Roodt-Syre is transformed into a vibrant space dedicated to crafts and creativity. For the tenth time, veterans of FC Syra Mensdorf and the Hobbykënschtler Lëtzebuerg non-profit organization are organizing this creators' market. No fewer than 60 exhibitors present their handmade creations, ranging from artisanal decorations to original gift ideas. Whether you're just browsing, exploring, or participating, there's something for all tastes and ages. The market is open Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On the agenda: Saturday at 2:00 p.m., the official opening will take place under the marquee with a reception and birthday cake. At 3:00 p.m., Renée Reding will read excerpts from her book, followed by an accordion concert with Claude Paquet until 5:00 p.m. On Sunday, a new reading by Renée Reding is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., followed by music by the duo GansAnders from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. At 3:00 p.m., Fabienne Rausch will present her work. Creative workshops led by Cecvile Pondaen and Justyna Singh will take place on both days, a great opportunity to create your own. For gourmet pleasures, veterans from FC Syra Mensdorf will offer grilled dishes, and a friendly cafeteria will invite you to relax.
