This weekly Hatha Yoga flow focuses on slow, mindful movements designed to promote relaxation and flexibility for all levels. The session will begin with gentle breathing exercises to center the mind, followed by a series of basic poses, including Downward Dog, Child's Pose, and Seated Forward Fold. Emphasis will be placed on alignment, breath awareness, and gradual opening of the body. The class will end with a restorative Savasana, allowing the body to fully relax and absorb the practice. This flow is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful, grounding experience. All the participants MUST have their webcam functional and open, so I can see their bodies and give them appropriate adjustments and corrections.
