of all typesof all typesThe City's Education Department organizes a large family festival every two years at the Nature House ("Haus vun der Natur") in Kockelscheuer: "Kockeldiko". Throughout this biennial day, workshops, stands and games around the forest, garden, water, farm, bees, birds and sustainable development are offered: Cooking over fire, creating works of art with natural materials, taking a carriage ride through the forest and much more.

Toilets and water fountains are available. Free entry, no registration required. Easily accessible by public transport from the city center, the Central Station, and Kirchberg. Cycle path PC01 and Kockelscheuer Park & Ride nearby. The event takes place near the Haus vun der Natur
