Based on key figures from the GAL Arelerland area and larger-scale data, discover the workings of the food system and why it is important to relocalize part of it.
A particular focus will be given to the contribution of private vegetable gardens to our diet, presented with data collected from the three GAL municipalities.
After the presentations, there will be time for reflection and idea exchange, allowing discussion and gathering opinions on real-life scenarios.
