Clearly, the young man can only be guilty. At the end of his trial in a New York courtroom, the jury retires to deliberate. The sentence is clear – the electric chair – when, to everyone's surprise, one juror refuses to vote unanimously. Reviewing the trial proceedings, he dissects the evidence, identifies contradictions, and sows doubt… Charles Tordjman adapts the play 'Twelve Angry Men' by Reginald Rose, immortalized by Sidney Lumet's cult film in 1957. Among the jurors, he states, "there is a desire to finalize this ideal culprit, predetermined to incite anger," where prejudices of some, and hesitations of others, might shatter the truth. A high-tension closed-door drama already seen by over 250,000 spectators, where the suspense continues to the very end.
