Today, after years of forging his own path, Bastien Lucas chooses to revisit his formative childhood by paying tribute to Francis Cabrel.
Before writing his own songs, Bastien Lucas grew up listening to Francis Cabrel's music. Cabrel marked his musical upbringing.
After studying at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, Bastien Lucas returns to reinterpret this repertoire, accompanied only by piano—no guitar—with a new and intimate perspective.
Throughout the songs, you may hear echoes of Bach, Schubert, Debussy, or Satie… but it's always Francis Cabrel.
The concert will open with a performance from last week's choral workshop.
