The Rose in Bud: A One-Day Retreat for Women
On Sunday, April 26, we will gather in the beautiful ALUNA space in Manternach, Luxembourg, to gently, joyfully, and clearly awaken our nascent hearts to spring.
Since ancient times, the rose has been recognized for its soothing and beneficial properties for the heart, paving the way for a greater openness to love within and around us. Throughout the day, we will explore the healing energy of the rose for the heart and gut, through essential oil and tea. We will practice intuitive dance, creative writing, singing, and sharing to deepen our connection to ourselves and others.
Join us for a restorative retreat day to relax and reconnect with the wisdom of your heart within a circle of women, guided by the medicine of music, movement, and the rose.
Our retreat takes place in the beautiful and serene setting of ALUNA in Manternach, about 30 minutes by car from Luxembourg City, and also easily accessible by public transport.
The program includes:
opening ceremony with rose tea
intuitive and sound-based movement bath
creative writing
delicious rose-flavored lunch and healthy snack
ceremony of voice and song
closing circle

🌹 125 EUR - La Rose Solidaire - this ticket is intended for people with a more limited budget who wish to participate in the retreat.
🌹 155 EUR - The Standard Rose - this ticket corresponds to the fair price for the one-day retreat, with no additional contribution for other Jeska projects.
🌹 175 EUR - La Rose Solidaire - This ticket is for those who can afford a slightly larger budget and includes fair compensation for retirement, while supporting other creative and musical projects by Jeska.
