A young advertising executive travels to the remote Quebec countryside for a funeral and discovers that no one there knows his name or the nature of his relationship with the deceased. When the deceased's older brother forces him into a twisted role-playing game to protect his mother and the family's honor, a toxic relationship soon develops, one that will only end when the truth finally comes out.
