With "Earth: Views from the Sky", Virginie Clément aims to honor the beauty of our planet while raising public awareness about the need to preserve it. Each painting invites viewers to contemplate, to dream, but also to reflect on our role in the face of environmental challenges and the importance of living in harmony with nature. This collection is inspired by the aerial photographs of Yann Arthus-Bertrand, the famous French photographer and environmentalist. Virginie Clément had the opportunity to meet him in December 2023, a significant moment in her career. She sanctifies the planet by using precious materials such as gold and silver leaf, symbolizing light and rebirth. Through her works, she shares messages of hope, renewal, and resilience.
