This circle is about reconnecting to your body for three hours and discovering the “Earth Woman” within yourself — the grounded, intuitive version of you.
What to expect and who will guide you:
- Veronika SieRA (energy practitioner & art therapist) will open the circle with aromatherapy and end with insight integration through metaphorical cards.
- Evgeniia (transformational coach, intuitive dance & stretching instructor) will hold a Cacao Ceremony and lead an ecstatic dance session.
- Kristina (Yoga Nidra facilitator & Tibetan bowl player) will end with deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra accompanied by Tibetan bowls.

Snack: possibility to bring a vegetarian snack to share (fruit, nuts, gluten-free, refined sugar-free)
