Paul Dalbin-Pinot is a Moselle-based artist-author whose work spans drawing, illustration, and comic books. His work focuses on traditional techniques such as Chinese ink and watercolor, which he uses as tools for exploration and storytelling. He crafts characters and stories, alternating between historical narratives, technological or apocalyptic futures, and personal stories tinged with humor, guiding readers between the depth of ink and the softness of watercolor. This approach is expressed through the creation of fanzines and editorial projects where drawing becomes a space for narration, observation, and reflection. As a means of expression and a platform for meeting others, he engages in numerous collaborative projects with the public and artists in the region.
