This year, the Mäertchen, the traditional Octave market, will be held on Place Guillaume II from 25 April to 10 May 2025. This fun and festive market will feature around 50 food stalls surrounding a central covered terrace of over 1,000 m2, as well as games stalls and fairground attractions.
Note: During the Mäertchen, the Stater Maart (usually held on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7:30 to 14:00) will be moved to Place de la Constitution on the following dates: 15, 18, 22, 25, and 29 April, as well as 2, 6, and 13 May 2026.
Good to know
Open every day from 11:00 to 22:00 (fairground attractions may remain open until 23:00).
