This class offers gentle yoga, without inversions, focused on breathing, isometric contraction, and relaxation, also incorporating movements from yin yoga. The session ends with guided relaxation or a short meditation, inviting stillness to recharge. Cristina Menendez, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (RYT200) trained in specific aspects such as balance, osteoporosis, fascia, and arthritis, will guide participants through the poses with precision and kindness.
