IAL and Sahaja Yoga Luxembourg cordially invite you to an enchanting evening of Indian classical music featuring the eminent Santoor Maestro and Music Composer, Pandit Abhay Rustum Sopori.
This concert is a heartfelt tribute to his father and guru, the late Pandit Bhajan Sopori ji, known as the "Saint of Santoor".
Experience a rare opportunity with:
- A performance by the Khalifa (present custodian) of the Sopori-Sufiana Gharana, upholding a family Santoor tradition spanning more than ten generations.
- Virtuoso playing in the Sopori Baaj style, famous for its mellifluous sound, speed, and blend of vocal and instrumental nuances.
- A special mention for the Sahaja Yoga community: Pandit Abhay Sopori composed and introduced Raga Nirmalkauns in 2009, dedicated to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi ji.
