This guided tour offers a critical exploration of the themes within Fujiwara’s exhibition "A Whole New World." It reveals the hidden side of pop culture, consumer society, new media, and entertainment, highlighting their influence on how we perceive the world. Led by intellectual historian François Cusset, participants will approach philosophical concepts from post-structuralism, French Theory, and cultural studies to better understand the intersection of leisure, commerce, and control. The tour invites reflection on the contradictions revealed in the exhibition and provides analysis using thinkers such as Foucault, Lacan, and Baudrillard.
