It's an informal morning where dads get together, share a good meal, and talk openly about what it means to be a father: the good times as well as the more difficult ones. No pressure, no advice, just a friendly and relaxed space with other fathers who are going through the same thing.
Here is some information about me! I am a qualified mental wellbeing professional and I run Clear Thinking, a firm offering wellbeing and artificial intelligence workshops for parents.
This session is organised in collaboration with the Ôpen team in Junglinster. We would be delighted to welcome you there if you are able.
