Serious TopicsSerious TopicsThe StauDivers Strassen club, in collaboration with the Luxembourg Federation of Underwater Activities and Sports (FLASSA), is organizing a "Nitrox 1 – CMAS" training course for divers wishing to discover the benefits of diving with oxygen-enriched mixtures. Nitrox improves comfort during dives by reducing nitrogen absorption and provides an introduction to dives using enriched gases.

Theoretical section: Sports House – Strassen • Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM • Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM • Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Practical part: Lultzhausen nautical base (BNL) Sunday 05/07/2026 from 09:00 to 11:00 (2 Nitrox dives) Number of participants limited to 6 (2 candidates per instructor) Prerequisites: FLASSA P1 / CMAS certification* and current FLASSA license The course will be taught in French. Price: €100 (materials included)
